Wildlife Link in the Community

Children buzz with eager excitement  - presenting themselves proudly as they receive their Wildlife Link certificate. An award for their school, for their own participation on one of our wildlife workshops. Since launching in October 2018 we would not have guessed that Wildlife Link would have proved so prosperous.

For each year group which receives a stimulating hands-on wildlife workshop there are individual children, of all ages and abilities who receive  something quite personal: achievement and fulfillment and learning something new which makes an impact in their lives.

Wildlife Link has already engaged with 321 young people - from delivering one day workshops through to consecutive sessions such as our After School Wildlife Clubs and a new and exciting habitat creation project in Blackpool, Lancashire.

See how children and teaching staff are praising Wildlfie Link: "Energetic, peaceful, exciting, cheerful, enjoyable!

Charity manager Charlie says "i am absolutely gladdened that Wildlife Link is having such a positive impact in the community. That individuals, schools and communities are showing a great interest in Wildlife Link is really something. That the interest in what is beng delivered is increasing in range and volume is even more amazing. I am very excited about it's future.

Wildlife Link is WildAid's link into the community and it can be celebrated in your own life, within your school or community.

"It's all about encouraging people to participate and learn about the natural world through hands on discovery."
