Wildlife, People and Events

Making nature accessible is one of our primary objectives.  Connecting with the natural world, with WildAid, is be fun, inspirational, healthy and has even changed lives.

Our range of half term activities, participation on the early season fayres and events and presentations has kept the WildAid team very busy indeed.  There has been something for everyone.  You too can be involved in our activities this Summer. There is a wealth of nature activities happening throughout Lancashire. Take a look at our Events. There will be something there for you to enjoy.

So far throughout May and June we have:

Delivered presentations and workshops to 83 college students

Engaged 190 young children with the natural world through our varied activities programme.

Connected with over 100 people who have enjoyed our community presentations and our participation at first fayre of the Summer season.

We are looking forward to attending many school visits with our WildAid roadshow before the end of term and further participation at Summer events.

We do look forward to seeing you. There will be many new posts on our facebook site - so don't miss out.

"It's all about encouraging people to participate and learn about the natural world through hands on discovery."
