Appointed Ambassador

WildAid is thrilled to represent their ambassador role for STEMfirst (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) network in Lancashire.  Stemfirst provides links between employers and schools in order to inspire, excite and grow the STEM knowledge and understanding of young people.

WildAid will be raising awareness of wildlife welfare and environmental science disciplines across high schools schools throughout Lancashire aiming to link with many new teachers and young scientists.

WildAid Charlie is also delivering activities, which raise awareness of wildlife welfare and conservation, with students at Darwen Vale High School, Blackburn during 2015.  These events are so important to link with young people and teachers enabling awareness raising for wildlife welfare which can be quite often under represented.

"It's all about encouraging people to participate and learn about the natural world through hands on discovery."
